“Modugno was never just a story to tell or a character to portray, but an opportunity to reconnect with a distant time that has always lived within me. In this show, I board the hang glider of Domenico Modugno’s songs and soar over my childhood, over Sicily and the Italy of those years — the faces, the people, the humorous episodes, the painful ones, the nostalgic moments, and others that may seem almost unbelievable. Through this journey, I invite the protagonists of my life to step out of memory and join me on stage, taking part in an adventurous game of mirrors.”
